Delivery Timeline:
For deliveries within Tamil Nadu, you can expect the parcel to arrive within 2-3 working days from the dispatch date.
For deliveries outside Tamil Nadu, please allow 6-7 working days.

If we have sent any wrong item or size, we will accept the exchange. This has to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Upon our confirmation, we will send you the address to return the parcel and send you the procedure. We will send you the shipping charges once you send the courier receipt. We dont have courier pickup service as we rely on third party couriers for all our courier activity
In case the product for replacement is not available at the moment, the customer will be eligible for store credit that is equal to the value of the product or they can choose any alternative product. Amount will not be refunded

Liked the quality of the pillow, my 2 month old son is comfortable during the feed. But the pillow need few improvements.
1. The support strap is made cloth causing it loosen from the clip. The strap should be made with a proper material similar to backpack straps.
2. The stitches for the side safety cushion need strong thread or a better stitching mechanism. Within a week couple of stitches already broken.
